Important Information
Music City offers multiple hotel booking options to accommodate various club administrative structures and families. We'd love to assist you in finding a hotel thats right for you! Parents and spectators are encouraged to book a hotel through the teams hotel block. Your daughters team will receive credit for each reservation towards their acceptance requirements for our Stay & Play policy of 15 room nights.
Therefore, please be aware and cautious as any cancellation may effect a teams acceptance status and ability to participate in the event or could incur in a financial penalty in order for that team to remain in the event.

Requirements:

Teams must register and pay for the event before gaining access to hotel rooms.

ALL teams must have a minimum of 15 room nights. (5 rooms for 3 nights or 3 rooms for 5 nights)
Spectator Booking Options
General Reservation Program:

General Hotel Reservations open October 16th, 2023 at 10am CDT

Individual and group-based booking options are provided

Teams must be registered and paid before spectator reservations can be made.

Each reservation must be associated with a team.

Any cancellation may affect the STAY & PLAY status of that team.

Your reservations help your team meet their required room nights.

Cancellations can be processed on-line.

Each team is required to have 5 rooms (15 room nights) or more associated with their entry at all times.

Each team must utilize 90% of the contracted room nights based on the originally booked number of rooms.

How You Can Help or Hurt Your Team
How You Can Help:

Individually booked rooms can be "assigned" to your daughters team and assist with their room night requirements.

When booking be sure to affiliate yourself with the correct club and team.

In the booking process, a pop up will allow you to select their club, and then their team.

If the club or team name does not appear, it means they have not entered and paid their entry fee. If this is the case, please contact your club coach or director to confirm.
How You Can Hurt:

If your reservation is affiliated with the team, be aware and cautious as any cancellation may effect a teams acceptance status and ability to participate in the event or could incur in a financial penalty in order for that team to remain in the event.

Please make sure to check with the club director or team coach before canceling your reservation to make sure that you will not hurt their accepted status.
