How to Register:

  • Go to www.sportwrench.com

  • Log In to an existing account, or if your club is new to SportWrench, create an account

  • Not sure if you have an existing account? Please email info@sportwrench.com the following information

  • Club name (in its entirety)

  • Club directors name

  • Club directors email address (that you think could have been used)

  • Team Code (if you have it)

  • Click on my club in the top right

  • Click the “enter events” tab on the next page

  • Scroll down and select your event

  • Click the enter button.

  • You need to make sure you have created your teams within SportWrench before you try to assign an event to them.

How to be accepted:

  • Enter MCVC2022

  • Pay for your teams entry fee

  • If you choose to pay via check, your team will not be accepted until the check is received and processed by the event.


Dates to Note:

  • Tournament Date: January 15-17, 2022

  • Registration: Sept. 30, 2021 at 10am CDT

  • General Housing: Nov. 4th, 2021 at 10am CDT


Refund Deadlines:

  • November 18th, 2021

  • Last day to receive a full refund regardless of acceptance status.

  • December 2nd, 2021

  • Last day for teams with an ACCEPTED status to receive a refund

  • December 18th, 2021

  • Last day for teams with a PENDING status to receive a refund


Housing:

MCVC is a stay and play event which means you must complete housing through THS in order to be accepted into the event. In order to access your housing, you must complete your payment for your team(s) on SportWrench.

  • Please note -- if you choose to pay via check, your payment will not be marked as "paid" until the check is received by our offices and deposited.


General Housing:

  • General housing will be available Nov. 10, at 10am EST

  • Teams must be entered AND paid in order to access housing



Acceptance:

  • Once teams have completed registration, payment AND housing, they will be eligible to be accepted.

  • Teams are accepted on a first to complete basis

  • You must complete all three requirements in order to be accepted

  • If you believe you are a local team, please email info@musiccityvb.com . Do not just expect to be marked as local.
