Ticket Purchase & Options

Tickets will be available March 18, 2024

College coaches have TWO options for tournament entry:

1. Purchase a University Athlete package and receive one free entry with the purchase of each.

You will receive an email with a QR Code, which you will be your ticket to enter the event.
Your entry will be in the same location as club coaches, please see instructions below.

2. Purchase your ticket below or on site.

ONLINE: You will receive an email with a QR Code, which will be your ticket to enter the event.
ON SITE: You will receive a daily wristband, which will be your ticket to enter the event.
Your entry will be in the same location as all other spectators, please see instructions below.

We HIGHLY recommend that you purchase the University Athlete package for an easier entry experience.

Ticket stations will be located near each ticket scanning stations.
We are a cashless ticketing event. No cash will be accepted onsite.

QR Code Ticket Instructions

When you purchase online or onsite, you will receive a QR code ticket.
Each spectator will need to present their individual QR code ticket along with a corresponding photo ID.
- The QR Code and your ID must be presented each time you wish to enter the facility
- These are your tickets
QR Codes will be scanned prior to entry and each re-entry.
Minors who do not have an ID must be accompanied by an adult.
(If necessary, a printed copy out of the QR code ticket can be presented.)

Important Ticket Information:

If you purchase multiple Single Day Passes, please make sure to only scan ONE ticket a day.

Refund Policy

Submit all refund requests to info@musiccityvb.com no later than the night before the event by 10:00 pm.
Once a ticket is scanned, it is not assignable to any other individual or eligible for refund.

Ticket Counter Hours

We will not have ticket purchases available on site. All tickets must be purchased online by going to SportWrench.com once tickets are live on March 18, 2024

SPECTATOR ENTRY

Spectators will need to present their individual assigned QR code and a corresponding photo ID in order to enter
Access for spectators will begin at 7:15am
Spectators will have a separate entrance from players and coaches
Individual players, not a whole team, may accompany their parent through the Spectators Entrance
Chaperones and parents cannot enter during the early access period
Escalators and elevators can be accessed from entry doors on 5th Ave S. and 6th Ave S.

Players in uniform will be granted entry
Early access for players will begin at 7:00 am.
Chaperones and parents cannot enter during the early access period
Players will have a separate entrance from spectators.
Escalators and elevators can be accessed from entry doors on 5th Ave S. and 6th Ave S.
Upon entering, please locate the social media booth to collect your player bag tags.
- All players will need these to enter after the first day of play
